CityNorth Business Campus is being delivered in accordance with a comprehensive masterplan designed to support long-term industrial and logistics occupation. Extending to over 150 acres, the campus offers flexible development plots, phased delivery and bespoke design-and-build solutions within a highly accessible estate at Junction 7 of the M1 motorway.
Significant infrastructure and amenity provision is already in place. The campus currently includes an operating 4-star on-site hotel with restaurant, meeting and conferencing facilities, the Tara Lounge restaurant, car facilities and a Circle K service station. Over 400,000 sq ft of accommodation has been delivered to date, with planning in place for a further 500,000 sq ft, supporting continued growth and future occupier requirements.
Further phases of the masterplan will deliver additional industrial, logistics and business space, together with planned food and amenity offerings, creating a fully serviced campus that supports operational efficiency, workforce wellbeing and long-term expansion.
